Anton Dyakov was born in Alma-Ata in 1980. Since childhood he liked to draw, then he graduated from Alma-Ata State University with a specialty "artist". For a long time he worked in advertising, was an art director, and at one moment had his own advertising agency. In the early 2000s, customers were ready for almost any adventure and in many ways gave freedom to designers and copywriters, but ten years later the advertising market conditions changed, advertising became boring and secondary, customers began to prefer proven similar methods. Then Anton Dyakov realized that advertising no longer attracted him, and almost by accident, for the company with a friend, in 2008 he entered the School-studio "SHAR" for the specialty "director of animation films".
In his films, the author acts as a director, an artist, an animator, and a screenwriter.

However, he doesn't like to call himself a director, because when the artistic vision of the characters are found, they act according to their rules, and he just "caters" the film, helping the characters to pass on their stories to the audience.

 

The film "Python and the watchman" is made in the technique of frame-by-frame hand-drawn animation in the computer. The sketches presented at the exhibition were created before the beginning of work on the film, when the author was looking for the characters of the film.
